Go to Softagram Desktop installation directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\Softagram Desktop, and open a .vmoptions file

Insert a new line there, save the file and start the application. Inside the application, check if you have any proxy settings set by you, and disable those, since now it is not intended to use those configured settings.

-Djava.net.useSystemProxies=true
